Once the payment has been made, we cannot accept any refunds or cancellations of the package.
All booked sessions must be canceled within 8 hours online by our application or by telephone. Cancellations made out of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by email.
Late Cancellation/No Show Fee – Classes and Privates will be charged the full session fee.
All payments are non-refundable or transferable.
The New Client Packages can only be purchased once by an individual unless buying for someone else. The New Client Packages are valid for 10 days.
You can extend the expiry date of your package by one month paying AED 250 except for Unlimited packages. T’s & C’s apply.
Clients may not attend a Class/Private session unless paid before the class.
Clients that hold recurring bookings are responsible for canceling on time to avoid late cancellation/no show fee and to notify the studio of any changes in their recurring booking.

PRICING, CURRENCY & VAT
All payments are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The pilates and fitness studio isn’t a medical facility and doesn’t provide medical services. When providing our services, we are guided by the fact that the attendees do not have any restrictions on physical activities, unless otherwise mentioned by them. The members guarantee that they are in a physical state that allows them to engage in active passive exercises and that it won’t cause harm to their health.
GOVERNING LAW
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and any disputes will be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be filed in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
SANCTIONS / RESTRICTED COUNTRIES
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
MINORS
The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
RECORDS & ACCOUNT SECURITY
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Art of Pilates policies and rules.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
