WORK EXPERIENCE:
Alfiya is a highly experienced Pilates and personal trainer with over 18 years in the fitness industry. She holds a full Polestar Pilates Studio Course certification, advanced Reformer training, and specialized courses in lower back pain, biomechanics, and 3D motion principles. Alfiya earned both a bachelor’s degree in Adaptive Physical Education and a master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports from the Volga Region State Academy of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism. A Master of Sports in Swimming and certified nutrition and wellness consultant, she integrates strength training, rehabilitation, and holistic fitness approaches into personalized sessions for clients of all levels.
